# Purpose This playbook serves as a guide for hosting Catalyst Working Group (CWG) workshops to empower community facilitators with tools to effectively organize, manage, and execute these workshops. By harnessing the diverse talents, insights, and energies of the global Cardano community, attendees will collaboratively ideate, explore, and discuss topics. An environment of inspirational networking, inclusion and collaboration is encouraged to grow the community's role in developing Catalyst’s funding thesis for the Cardano ecosystem. We must also examine Catalyst’s operating parameters and processes, ensuring that Catalyst governance initiatives are responsive to the community's needs and aspirations. In doing so, the discussions and networking events advance the community-driven innovation and co-operation of Catalyst. So this playbook will help underline the big questions hosts must ask and give a step by step guide to a successful, energetic, and fun series of events for the Cardano Community.
