• Lead, Data Collector, & Scribe understand their responsibilities

• Projector & Computer

• Resources at each mini-group location

• Provide a Workshop Playbook link for each member

• Registration QR code is scanned by all attendees

• Access to all resources through GitBook

• If A/V is present ensure things are properly being recorded
