# Role Assignments:

Assign clear roles to facilitators and participants. The Main workshop facilitators are the Lead, Data Collector, and Scribe.

### Mini-Working Groups Roles

When delegating roles there will be two roles given out to the community.

1. Team Member - Collaborate with a smaller group of individuals from the workshop.
2. Team Member Lead - The group lead and speaker sharing outputs to the entire group of participants.
3. Team Member Main Scribe - The Scribe will make sure all participant write down the proper data during the Mini-Working Group sessions.

Ensure all necessary materials and tools are ready.

Outline the workshop timeline and activities.
