When diverse groups come together, for it to be impactful, they need ways to interact and have fun, to break the ice and deal with meeting each other often for the first time, and ultimately contribute to the discussion that develops.

For this to be done in a way that enables the Cardano community to expand their role helping determine the future of Project Catalyst, people need ways to come together and ideate with one another.

This experimental process will enable Cardano to continue with the evolution of Catalyst and bring the community to the forefront of the scoping processes.

We believe that when input is received from a broad spectrum of members around the world, Catalyst innovation processes and decision-making models can be more effective and representative of the diverse needs and perspectives of the community.

For this vision to be fully realized along an equitable and inclusive path, it is important to recognize the will of the interdisciplinary, multicultural global community.

Community-led, data-driven analyses shall equip the Catalyst Team and wider Cardano community to make changes to the scope of future Catalyst funding rounds.
