Mini Working Groups Session #2
During this session, the Host will gather information from each Mini-Working Group. This will allow the host to prepare for the community-sharing rounds, and the deep discussions of output from each Mini Working Group.
The scribe will write down each suggestion and put it into the voting app.
For voting we are using Mentimeter.
How to Vote
This will allow each member to vote on the key ideas in the next step of the agenda.
Steps:
25-minute task #1
Allow each mini-group member 5-10 minutes to review all the questions and answers while the lead adds them to the Mentimeter.
Conduct a vote amongst the members in your mini-group of each question for 15-20 minutes.
Lead:
Set a timer and allow members to review the questions and answers by the group.
Help the vote run smoothly and back up the scribe.
Scribe:
The Scribe will add the answers to the Mentimeter while people review.
5-minutes overview Task #2
Review each question's top 5 answers to each question as a group. Explore why these answers came up and why they are important.
Lead:
Explain the task.
Scribe:
Write down in the Miro the top 5 for each question.
25-minute task #2
Add the description and reasoning for the answers to each question. This will help prepare the group to express and share their findings when the entire workshop group comes together in the Community sharing rounds

Add Discussion Question #2: Why did your Mini-Working Group vote for this?
Lead:
Have participants share their discussion questions.
Scribe:
Write down answers to discussion questions.
5-minute Wrap-Up
Finalizes preparation for the community sharing rounds. Get ready to share Mini-Working Group ideas with the rest of the community.
Lead:
Final review of answers with participants.
Scribe:
Adds top three ideas to Step 4 on the Miro.
