# Mini Working Groups Session #1

Each mini-group will choose a lead person that will help with the success of each group, and be the nominated spokesperson.

## Steps:

### 25-minute task #1

* Allow each member 15-20 minutes to think about the individual question on their own and provide answers on the Miro.&#x20;
* Allow each member 5-10 minutes to review the data connected to each funding category. Small conversions can start with this information.

#### Lead:

* Sets timers and reviews the data.
* Allow each member time to provide answers to questions.

#### Scribe:

* Help participants add answers.
* Write down key things that came up.

### 5-minutes overview Task #2

* Lead of the group will help with a discussion about the answers to each question.&#x20;
* Each member will explain their reasoning for the answers and have the chance to bring these ideas to the entire mini-group.

#### Lead:

* Run a discussion about outcomes.
* Help members express their ideas.

#### Scribe:

* Write down key points and add data that connect to the participant's statements

### 25-minute task #2

* Amongst the mini group, discuss suggestions for each question and add them to the Miro Board.
* Add the answers to the Discussion Questions for each answer.

**Discussion Question #1:** Why did you add this answer?

**Discussion Question #2:** What value can be derived from your findings?

#### Lead:

* Help lead discussions and keep track of time.
* Ask the members the discussion questions.

#### Scribe:

* Add answers if they are not already added.

### 5-minute Wrap-Up

Wrap up the discussion and get ready for a break before Mini-Working Group session #2.

#### Lead:

* Lead a discussion about the answers.&#x20;
* Set timer.
* Help the team wrap up the session.

#### Scribe:

* Fill out the data on why this was an answer and what value may come from it.
