## Lead

### **Main role:**&#x20;

The point spokesperson for the workshop, the lead will be the one responsible for directing the discussion and workshop proceedings.&#x20;

### Secondary:&#x20;

Ensure attendees are happy and tasks are completed.&#x20;

#### Obligations:

* Welcome attendees to the workshop
* Present workshop content with good time management
* Make sure all materials are set up and ready
* Kickstart and guide the discussions, mediating if going off-track&#x20;

## Data Collection/Co-Lead Facilitator&#x20;

### Main role:&#x20;

* Observe the conversation, analyze and group data, support the Lead to facilitate discussion.

### Secondary role:&#x20;

* Ensure the venue and equipment are working.&#x20;

#### Obligations:

* Support participants where needed to complete tasks&#x20;
* Group the themes and data that emerge from discussions&#x20;
* Ensure attendees complete post-event survey
* Ensure venue, AV, and equipment are working properly

## Scribe

### Main role:&#x20;

The point note taker for the workshop. The scribe will be mainly responsible for capturing the data, group discussions, and attendee surveys.

### Secondary role:&#x20;

* Ensure the event and agenda is kept on time.

#### Obligations:

* Lay out resources and pens for attendees to use&#x20;
* Take detailed notes of the discussions&#x20;
* Capture and record workshop outputs
* Keep the meeting agenda on time, finishing promptly for happy hour&#x20;
