2.2 - Data Collection/Co-Lead Facilitator
Role Overview:
Focuses on gathering and organizing data from the workshop activities.
Responsibilities:
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from exercises and discussions.
Organizing data in an accessible format for analysis and reporting.
Working with the Lead and Scribe to ensure data complements the workshop's documented outcomes.
Assisting in pre- and post-workshop data analysis to measure impact and outcomes.
Main role:
Observe the conversation, analyze and group data, and support the Lead to facilitate discussion.
Secondary role:
Ensure the venue and equipment are working.
Obligations:
Support participants where needed to complete tasks
Group and organize the themes and data that emerge from discussions
Ensure attendees complete post-event survey
Ensure venue, AV, and equipment are working properly
Expectations
Analytical Skills:
Ability to categorize and analyze data in a manner that supports the workshop's goals.
Collaboration with Lead and Scribe:
Ensuring data collection complements the documented discussions and decisions.
Pre and Post-Workshop Preparation:
Engaging in preparatory and follow-up activities to maximize the utility of collected data.
