Data Analysis:
The Data Collector, with input from the Lead and Scribe, should analyze the collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Synthesis of Insights and Recommendations:
Synthesize the analysis into key insights and actionable recommendations. Link these outcomes back to the workshop's objectives to demonstrate how they address the initial goals.
Report Creation:
Develop a comprehensive report that includes an introduction, how data was collected and analyzed, key findings, and actionable recommendations. Also include some quotes from members of the workshop and from the workshop Admin team.
Feedback:
Immediate Post-Workshop Survey:
Distribute a feedback survey immediately after the workshop to capture participants' initial impressions, what they found valuable, and areas for improvement. Make sure to make time for this during the workshop so every participant can take part in this activity.
Remind participants of the benefits and usefulness of completing the feedback survey.
